Our first Saturday Special of this year was "All About Autumn". Our families enjoyed activities including sponge printing, leaf printing, Autumn Collage making, and creating spiders with black playdough. We enjoyed conker rolling and sorting different Autumn pasta shapes into bowl. The children loved the spooky spiders and bats! We all helped to carve pumpkins and explored the smell and different textures. Some children thought it was slimy, some thought it was crunchy. We then went on a Autumn Treasure Hunt around nursery and the local area. We found leaves and pine cones and looked for signs of Autumn all around us. For lunch we made our own sandwiches which where delicious! Thank you to all our families and Grace Owen team for making another Saturday Special so wonderful!
