Children aged from 3 to 5 years are entitled to 5 free nursery education sessions each week in term time. All other time including lunch time must be purchased. The school year is 38 weeks and childcare is available for 50 weeks. Childcare is closed all Bank Holidays, 1 week in August and Christmas week.

The charges :-

3 and 4 year olds-

£2.00 per hour- Unwaged (Income support - students)
£3.00 per hour - Waged

Under 3's

£3.50 per hour

COLLEGE STUDENTS
If you are studying at Sheffield College you may be eligible for free childcare. Please ask!

BOOKINGS
Times required must be entered on the booking form and any changes notified. Times taken outside booked times will result in extra charges.

• School aged children - between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. may book on the Friday for the following Monday.
• Out of school time and under 3's must book at least one week in advance.
• School holidays - places must be booked and paid for in advance.

• If you let us know your child will be absent you will only be charged 50% from the day you tell us - for up to 5 days. Please inform us in the case of long term illness.
• If you do not let us know your child will be absent you will be charged at the full amount
• Family holidays are charged at 50%.

There will be no charge when the Centre is closed.

PAYMENT -Should be made in advance in cash, by cheque or standing order
(contact the school office) .
Cheques made out to 'Grace Owen Nursery School'.

If you are having difficulty paying for childcare please make an appointment at the school office. We reserve the right to withdraw childcare if no agreement is reached.
