Bookings and Payments - individuals
Charges from September 2011

The 15 hours free nursery education can be taken as full or half days between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm. Half days are 9.00am. to 12.00 or 12.00 to 3.00pm and extra time can be purchased. Childcare is closed all Bank Holidays, August Bank Holiday week, Christmas week and five training days through the year.
The charges :-
3 and 4 year olds-	£3.20 per hour
Under 3's	£3.70 per hour
LATE COLLECTION WILL BE CHARGED AT £5 PER HOUR OR PART OF AN HOUR

BOOKINGS
Times required must be entered on the booking form and any changes notified. Times taken outside booked times will result in extra charges.

School aged children - between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. may book on the Friday for the following Monday.
Out of school time and under 3s must book at least one week in advance.
School holidays - places must be booked and paid for in advance.

ABSENCES

If you let us know your child will be absent you will only be charged 50% from the day you tell us - for up to 5 days. Please inform us in the case of long term illness.
If you do not let us know your child will be absent you will be charged at the full amount
Family holidays are charged at 50%.

THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE WHEN THE SCHOOL IS CLOSED.

RECEIPTS will be given at the time of payment - a statement of spending is available on request.

PAYMENT -Should be made in advance in cash, by cheque or standing order.
Cheques should be made out to 'Grace Owen Nursery School'.
If cheques are returned by the bank you will be responsible for all charges incurred,

If you are having difficulty paying for childcare please make an appointment to discuss the matter at the school office.
We reserve the right to withdraw childcare if no agreement is reached.

NO PAYMENT MEANS NO SERVICE.

All debts will be passed to the debt collectors at the Town Hall.
If Benefit Fraud is suspected we reserve the right to report it to the Inland Revenue

Purchasable hours are between 8.00 a.m and 6.00 p.m. less 15 hours free provision per week in term time (children aged 3 to 5 only).
